According to radio press reports, the grand jury has indicted Scooter Libby on five felony counts of perjury, making false statements and obstruction of justice. But the investigations continues as to the other targets, including Karl Rove, the porcine Rasputin.
The next act in this play might be titled Flip the Scooter.
